Shipping & Billing Info
Shipping Cycle: We ship once/month and will always publish the "Next Shipment" date on the top bar of our website. If you place an order before this date, your first box will go out with that shipment. If you place an order after this date, your box will go out with the next month's shipment. We do our best to make sure that your packages arrive within a timely manner; however, the postal service in each country can be unpredictable from time-to-time, causing delays. If you would like to locate your package during the delivery period, please contact us and we will send you a tracking number.
Billing Cycle: If you purchase a month-to-month subscription before the 22nd of the month, your plan will automatically renew on the 1st of the next month. If you place the order after the 22nd of the month, your plan will not renew until the 1st of the following month. For example, if you place an order on June 10, your plan will automatically renew on July 1; however, if you place an order on June 22, your plan will automatically renew on August 1 (skipping the July 1 renewal date).
